A BIT ABOUT US
The Wild Times is a student-run organization at CJSHS that is supervised by Mr. Guttman, an English teacher. We're all enthusiastic about the craft of journalism and the idea of bringing our community together. We wish to provide our classmates the opportunity to express themselves and reveal their true beliefs. This news site was developed to provide students' voices a platform in a world where they are often ignored. We provide that resource for our classmates and community through a combination of original articles and podcasts.
Since day one, Shannon has always been known for her 'crazy' ideas and good energy. She became known on campus as someone who was not only committed to her education, but to making world a nicer place. You can probably find her on campus teaching someone about Women's rights, or ranting about societal expectations.

Caitlin Guilliams is an 8th grader at our beloved
Calistoga Junior Senior High School. She loves
to spend her time writing, playing sports, listening
to music, cooking, and baking. Caitlin is a Co-Junior High Editor and is hoping to improve her writing skills for the future. Her passions include politics, sports, protesting, stem, medicine, and women rights.

Aaron Heth is a sophomore at Calistoga Junior/Senior High School. He is a journalist at the school newspaper and runs Revive Bible Club on campus. His favorite class is AP World History and he enjoys playing his trumpet in the High School Band. In his free time, Aaron enjoys studying the Bible, discussing theology, and going on long bike rides.

Victoria is a Junior at Calistoga Jr. Sr. High School. They are a journalist for the school newspaper and are involved in many school clubs such as Interact and S-Club. Their favorite subject is Film Studies because they love to watch movies and eat snacks while watching the movie. They also enjoy playing the clarinet in the High School Band. In Victoria’s free time, they love to paint/do art, and listen to music.
